ScoopRX's Queen Product helps save Stella’s Life
Stella, a magnificent four-year-old Mare, was scheduled to be shot within three days if she wasn't rescued. She had become aggressive, hormonal, and very difficult to handle. With the help of our Queen product and the 'Horses without Humans' rescue organization, Stella got a new lease on life.
On Friday, June 3, 2022, Horses without Humans, a Florida rescue organization, first heard about Stella, a beautiful four-year-old Friesian/Saddlebred cross mare in Wisconsin. Her owner was planning to shoot her in a field on Monday.
She displayed aggressive, stallion-like behavior and was challenging to handle at best and extremely dangerous at times. Stella’s vet at the time felt she was suffering from a hormonal imbalance suspected to be caused by a tumor on her ovaries that would likely cost thousands of dollars to operate.
Horses without Humans stepped in and were able to transport Stella to another farm in Wisconsin, where she waited for coggins and health papers while Horses without Humans made arrangements for the long journey to their farm in Florida. On June 13, Stella was finally on the way to Florida with the help of dedicated volunteers. When she arrived at the Horses without Humans farm, she was thoroughly evaluated to assess her health problems.
Her behavior oscillated between nice and not so nice, and at times, the raging hormones made her almost impossible to handle. She was very territorial about her space and was striking at the person coming to feed her, squealing and trying to pin some people against the wall, and charging others. She was tight in the back and unable to move forward. Arrangements were made with the University of Florida to examine her, but the most significant and most immediate assistance came when ScoopRX reached out, and Marian Nilsen donated a bucket of the new Queen formula for mares.
After only 5 days on the ScoopRX Queen product, the rescue staff sees a magical transformation.
ScoopRx's Queen is the game-changer for Stella's well-being, going beyond ordinary hormone balancing. ScoopRx believes in a holistic approach, where scientists and compounding vets team up to engineer products that redefine the meaning of "balance." They don't settle for quick fixes; instead, they tackle the root causes head-on, revolutionizing the way we approach health.
At the heart of ScoopRX's philosophy and the impact of its products is the understanding that gut health reigns supreme. Queen provides powerful active ingredients that restore gut health, paving the way for Stella's body to absorb the nourishing goodness it craves. It's all about rebuilding from within and giving her system the chance to absorb the remaining nutrients packed into this formula. Knowing how compromised Stella was, ScoopRX added a case of GI Rescue Paste to her care package. Not only did Stella enjoy the taste but she felt the relief as it soothed her digestive system and went to work sealing cracks caused by stress.
Giving Stella's body the tools it needs to bounce back and restore its natural defenses was just what she needed to allow her body to get to work on rebalancing her hormones. The endocrine system is the unsung hero of balance. When gut issues and weakened immunity threw Stella's body out of whack, the hormone system steps up to the plate. It's the secret link that keeps everything in check. But when it's overwhelmed and stressed, hormones go haywire, leading to Stella's dangerous behavior. ScoopRX understands this delicate dance and aims to bring harmony back.
ScoopRX's innovative products work together, targeting gut health, boosting the immune system, and nurturing the endocrine system. They're rewriting the story of wellness for Stella, ensuring she thrives. in the modern age of health. So, say goodbye to band-aids and hello to a modern approach to balance.
The results are what matter the most!
Stella was able to say goodbye to the idea of masking symptoms and hello to restoring balance by supporting all of her bodily systems.
Stella is much more relaxed and no longer squeals or strikes at the volunteer who comes to feed her in the morning; she moves over when asked to do so. Yvonne Barteau, the head of the rescue, says she now walks out of the stall to the round pen like a civilized normal being and acts like a totally new horse.
With balance Stella true nature begins to surface
Stella had not allowed anyone to come close and is now permitting Camber, her handler, to touch her shoulders and get close to her front legs. In the pen, Stella is holding her own neck down and is letting Camber pet her, which would not have happened a few days ago. She yields her shoulder away, pays attention, and does it all without any squealing, arguing, or fighting. She turns into Camber and willingly participates in her "join up" exercises and shows both willingness and submission. All this is remarkable progress in any time frame, but after only five days, it is truly astonishing and a testament to the powerful veterinary-approved science-based active ingredients and formulation of the ScoopRX Queen product.
Knowing Stella’s best chance was to have the suspected tumor on her ovaries removed, Horses without Humans had arranged a surgical consult with the University of Florida. To everyone's surprise, it turns out that Stella did not have a tumor on her ovaries! Most likely, the symptoms and behavior Stella exhibited were a chain reaction that began with the deterioration of gut health that resulted in a compromised immune system and overwhelmed the endocrine system. Precisely what the ScoopRX Queen product is designed to repair.
